Halloween and Finados: different ways to perceive death, a shared feeling Our IES Adeje celebrated  this special day in many ways: different departments (Language, Drawing, History, Technology and English) elaborated activities and materials to represent death and how our beloved ones are remembered. Students and teachers produced representations with varied materials, podcasts with horror stories and anecdotes, photographs and illustrations. Knowing different celebrations help us to understand other cultures and spot similarities and differences with respect and emotion. Students from 1º ESO, 2º ESO, 4º ESO. Book Day (IES ADEJE)

 World Book Day (23 April) What about reading and creating a podcast reviewing what you have read?  Our 4 ESO B students shared their reading choices. After reading a book they had to mention the ti tle, genre, plot, characters and recommendation. They created podcasts of 2,5 minute duration and a review of 250  words.  You can see some work here. 🤗📚 Keep on reading and enjoying!
