Halloween and Finados: different ways to perceive death, a shared feeling Our IES Adeje celebrated this special day in many ways: different departments (Language, Drawing, History, Technology and English) elaborated activities and materials to represent death and how our beloved ones are remembered. Students and teachers produced representations with varied materials, podcasts with horror stories and anecdotes, photographs and illustrations. Knowing different celebrations help us to understand other cultures and spot similarities and differences with respect and emotion. Students from 1º ESO, 2º ESO, 4º ESO. Project - Riddled with curiosity - ENSINUS ETP/ INETE
Twice a month we will publish a riddle to motivate our readers to activate their critical thinking and explore English language in a more symbolic way. In our school we will hang several riddles on the walls and challenge them to find a solution. If it takes six men one hour to dig six holes, how long does it take one man to dig half a hole?
